- In the case of payments by bank transfer, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the expense of the sender (“OUR”, not “SHA”) and if the reason for the transfer includes the number of the order it concerns, so that it can be identified.
Cost of transportation
- The choice of shipping method is made by our company, to achieve the best possible and safest transfer of the customer’s order.
- For parcels of low volume and weight, a Courier company is used, while for parcels of greater volume or weight, the appropriate loading agencies are used.
- Except for the city of Thessaloniki, parcels that are sent with loading agencies and not Courier, are sent to the nearest agency of the customer’s shipping address.
- Further shipping to the customer’s address is done after consultation with the carrier and the ADDITIONAL costs are borne by the customer.
- Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs if the value of the order is €60 and over (excluding heavy items costs).
- For orders worth less than €60 within Greece, the customer’s charge amounts of €5 and €27 for every heavy item (greater volume or weight products, ex. Christmas Trees).
- The company we cooperate with is ACS courier.
REFUNDS
- Product returns can be made up to 14 days after receipt. The process and terms are as follows:

- In any case the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) as they are all part of the product you purchased and, in the condition, it was received.
- Returns are made with the transport company that we will indicate to you without incurring any costs, apart from the transport costs.
- In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the wehbehland.gr store has the right not to accept the return.
- In case of product return, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the product.
- If the above is not observed and the product does not meet the conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to the customer – sender at his own expense.
- In cases of purchase of products by deposit to a bank account, the refund will be made via deposit to the customer’s bank account (IBAN).
- In cases of purchase with a credit card, upon the arrival of the products at our store, your card charge is cancelled, and money is credited to your account. You will be credited the full amount you have paid, excluding the original shipping costs and the costs of returning the products to our store.
- In the event of a return due to a miscalculation, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- In the event of a proven defective product, the shipping costs are borne by us.
- The product is approved for return if all the three listed below parameters are met.
- Does not prove to be defective.
- Is found to have been used.
- Its packaging is damaged; it is returned to the buyer with transport costs borne by him.
- Defective products cannot be exchanged for different products or cash.
- Refunds due to miscalculation are not exchangeable for cash.
